Dentals
Statistics tell us that over 60% of the UK’s pet population is in need of urgent dental work, but it goes unnoticed by most owners as our pets don’t often show signs of pain. Some problems, such as a loose tooth, can easily be seen, but one of the main problems is chronic gingivitis. This does not look particularly exciting, being just reddened gums around the dental margins, but it results in bacteria constantly getting into the bloodstream where they are transported to the kidneys, liver and heart valves, where the chronic damage they do is both unseen and severe.
We have a modern dental unit which enables us to undertake all the dental procedures required to protect your pet and provide relief from oral inflammation and discomfort.
