What do I get?

  • Annual full health examination with the vet, including annual vaccinations and microchip check.
  • Review of any additional vaccinations required for boarding, travel or insurance requirements.
  • Annual review of insurance policy if required.
  • Six monthly full health check with one of our veterinary nurses (6 months after vaccination and vet health check) to include a weight check, nutrition and behaviour advice.
  • Your parasite prevention programme is planned by us so you don't have to worry what to use or when. As a general guide, you will receive a complete wormer and 3 flea and tick applications every quarter.
  • You will be discounted on all additional preventative products or services such as puppy parties and development checks, neutering, dentals or microchipping that your pet may require.

What do the health checks cover?

A health check, whether by a vet or a nurse, is a full head-to-tail examination of all body systems.

In addition, a full history will be taken in order to alert us to any signs of early problems such as increase in drinking, changes in appetite, or stiffness on arising from rest. Your pet’s weight will be recorded so we can immediately tell if there is any unexpected weight loss or gain.

You will have an opportunity to discuss any issues you have noticed and are concerned about such as lumps, skin problems, or toileting issues.

When do I join?

Ideally when your pet needs its first vaccination. For older pets you can join anytime, the sooner the better!

Alternatively, we can complete your application form at the time of your pets vaccination visit.
